    Oh I also run/power walk for 40 minutes almost daily with the slim belt, and I also do 8 minute ab workouts like I said before but will that be enough aside from leaving sugar?

    @ijustfellforbyunghee Hey man ….you gotta all forms of sugar like fructose,glucose and all other forms i.e if your idea is to get a six pack….you should try and have coffee with sugar,trust first two three days are tough but then you get used to it …leaving sugar is totally worth it ….regards raghav :-)
